Registration Procedure
The ASPS has given mandate to MCI for the organisation of the ASPS/IQUAM Transatlantic Innovations Meeting and therefore to act and receive fees on its behalf.

The ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM accepts the 3 different means of payment:
- by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS)
- by check payable in Euro (€) in France to the order of ASPS 2009 c/o MCI France
- by bank transfer in Euro (€) to the order of ASPS 2009 c/o MCI France to:

The organizers will not absorb bank charges.IMPORTANT NOTE for payment by BANK TRANSFER or by CHECK :
- The registration confirmation will be sent only once payment is received.
- Without reception of your payment within 10 days , your registration will be cancelled.
- Please do not forget to indicate your registration number when sending payment.
- Registration requests or changes by phone are not allowed.
- Please refer to the table below for registration categories and deadlines.
- Registration fees are to be settled in Euros (€).
- At the end of the registration process, and once payment has cleared, the Congress Office will email you a settled invoice and registration summary.
- The confirmation letter/invoice should be presented upon arrival at the ASPS/IQUAM Transatlantic Innovations Congress pre-registration desk.

Member (*)
To apply for the member registration fee, delegates must be members in good standing of a National Plastic Surgery Society within IPRAS, or a member of ASPS.
Non-Member (**)
Non-member must be sponsored by a member of a Plastic Surgery Society and will be asked to provide the name of their sponsor during the registration process.
Trainee / Resident (***)
Trainees and residents will be asked to provide a letter of verification from their training director to be eligible for this rate.
Name change
A processing fee of 30€ will be charged for any change in registration except for name substitution, which will be considered as a new registration.
Cancellation policies
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Office according to the following conditions:
- Up to January 10, 2009: 100€ will be withheld for administrative fees
- Cancellations between January 11 and March 1, 2009: reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid
- After March 1, 2009: no refund
Reimbursement will be processed after the congress. Requests made after June 1, 2009 will not be considered.
