All rates are indicated in Euros, per night and per room. Reservations must be made through the Congress Office to guarantee the indicated rates. Unless otherwise indicated, the rates do not include breakfast.

Cancellation policies

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Office according to the following conditions:

• Up to February 5, 2009: the 20€ reservation fee will be withheld for administrative fees
• Cancellations between February 6 and February 27, 2009: the first night will be withheld
• Cancellations received after February 27, 2009: no refund
